Delivery Excellence

At the center of Edera’s commitment to delivery excellence is our promise to deliver superior quality in all materials, artifacts, and deliverables we produce. We emphasize the creation of powerful, concise narratives and messages, and package them in a way that is consumable and effective. Our clients receive deliverables that are “client-ready” the first time they receive them due to our unique quality assurance (QA) methodology, that institutes a meticulous review process. This rigorous methodology enables our staff to produce deliverables that meet the quality standards established by our company and expected by our clients.

Fusion Methodology

Edera’s notable strength in delivery excellence is deeply rooted in our Fusion™ Methodology. Our robust, repeatable processes for our service offerings incorporate best-in-class management consulting protocols, industry-specific best practices, and bespoke technology tools into a uniquely designed and branded package.

VOICE, the Virtual Operations and Impact Center of Excellence, features an innovative assembly of virtual infrastructure and operational staff to deliver revenue cycle, information technology (IT), and clinical transition services in health care. With client end goals in mind, the VOICE team targets client-specific needs, providing on-site and/or virtual staff to assist and further client experiences and outcomes, skillfully supporting transformation.

Edera operates the National Coordination Center (NCC), which has a nationwide network of industry best practice advisors (IBPAs) that bring expertise in clinical operations and patient care, clinical informatics, interoperability, revenue cycle, and quality.

NCC’s IBPAs have years of experience and deep health care expertise. Many are one-of-a-kind experts in specific areas ranging from clinical informatics to organizational effectiveness and process improvement. Our IBPAs have served the nation’s leading health care organizations, from academic and health systems to solution vendors and integrated delivery networks. Based on client need, they join our team to bring industry best practices that support even the most complex projects.

A key NCC initiative is our launch of a pharmacy discount program called GiveBackRx, which exemplifies how we put our passion to give back to the communities we serve into practice.

The GiveBackRx card provides discounts to individuals on out-of-pocket medication costs and automatically donates a portion of the proceeds to a charity from a growing list of nonprofits and community organizations.
